  1. What I learned from playing this game was that even under the best of conditions a farmer still only makes enough money to cover costs of farming plus taking care of their family and this is without doctor bills and illness. The second thing I realized about the game was without all of the children working the farm there was not enogh money to send any of them to school so education was hard to increase while choosing to farm for a living. The last thing I learned was from playing from a money making angle in which all of the children worked in a factory. The results were when the people work in a factory they make more money but they are at a really high risk for injury and if one were to happen all of the extra money from working went right into doctor bills. In conclusion making money if really an uphill battle even under the best conditions in Haiti.

  10. What i learned was no matter what you do you have to try your hardest but no your limits if you work to hard youll hurt yourself but if you dont work enough youll be in debt. Also at the same time you must try and keep a decent eduactation while trying to stay happy. Life is tough unsless you keep up with it. To play the game go to google

  11. That was really difficult to keep everybody happy at the same time and to make sure that the family still has enough money to survive one.

  16. the game is hard to win because i can't keep everyone happy. i also end up in debt too easily and dig a bigger hole. my family died because i didn't put enough money aside for them.

  19. well basically all of the boys in my family died, the girls were miserable and sick, and i was in hundreds of dollars of debt. i tried over working my family to get money and then go to school but then they all started to get sick, i wanted to put the kids in school but it turns out it costs more money than i expected. i deffiantely agree it is way to hard to keep everyone happy and if that is anything like reality in haiti then i can imagine how hard it must be

  20. From this game I learned that it's hard to keep, and maitain enough money to send their kids to school, and keep everyone from being sick, and happy.

  21. I also agree with Rachael, that this is what real life in haiti is like, I couldn't even begin to imagine the hardships that they families have to go through.

  22. Ayiti, the games showed me to some degree how difficult it is to survive in a 3rd world country with little money. Every little thing effects the income of the family; health, education, and your job. It made me appreciate living in the USA more. Like many of my peers this game was hard and my family or money was gone quickly.

  25. After playing this game I learned that no matter what path of life you choose to follow, life still sucks. Also I learned that it takes an entire family together to survive like Americans do with just parents. School is only for work in Haiti, not education.

  26. I learned that the cost to get a kid into school costs alot of money. The seconf thing is that there is a lot of things people have to pay off so they dont become broke.

  27. I learned that its hard to live in the lifestyles. I work for little money on farm land that has little vegetation and you have to worry if any of the crops would be stolen or no grow. Even thou you try to make your life easier, its never easy. zack i agree, but If you have no other choice but to push urself to get what u want. You have to do it.

  28. I learned from playing the game that no matter what you do in life its going to be a struggle. If you work yourself to hard, it could kill you, but if you dont work enough then you wont have enough money to survive and that will kill you too. Also, eduacation is everything to these familes and Haiti and seems to be theyre number one priority, besides survival.

  29. My family became rich again and they were as happy as can be and all of them were able to hold onto jobs that required good education I am getting really good at this game

  30. This game made me realize how difficult it is to survive in Haiti. To get money for food is very difficult and if someone is sick forget it there is no money for that. No matter what you will struggle with money. And i agree with everything Albie said

  31. I learned that even working on a farm it is not enough to provide for yourself never mind a family. I think what Albie said is right.
