  7. Pros of military aid include helping a foreign nations defend themselves against an oppressor.
This also creates problems though. History has shown by giving aid to other nations, the people are now militarily trained and become ambitious, some nations that we help may go against us and are allies and now have the technology and know how to do so.

  10. like mack said the pros are helping foregin nations defend them selves, while they might go against us now that they are trained. But other times we become allies, which is the favorable one of the outcomes.

  12. Pros : "Its stated aim is usually to help allies or poor countries fight terrorism, counter-insurgencies or to help fight drug wars."

Cons : "Military aid may even be given to opposition groups to fight nations"

I agree with Jake, military aid to other nations may strengthen the relationship.

  13. While we could benifit from friendly relations with those we help, we may also make enemies of those we are helping to oppose, lose money due to war costs, and lose the lives of many of our soldiers in combat =(. There are certain times when we should get involved and certain times when we should just mind our own business...
